How your purchase helps The Bluetits
The Bluetits is a Community Interest Company and all the money we raise goes into supporting the community we all love.
So what happens when you buy from us? First of all we have to pay the tax man (17%) then we have to pay the supplier we bought the product from (45%) postage and packing costs (13%) and card fees (5%). These figures are approximate and vary for each product.
What this means is that when you spend £5, 20% of that goes back into to The Bluetits to support the organisation and keep our social swim groups free.

A new kind of challenge!
The I Swam The Distance challenge is a challenge for those of you that like to get in and swim a bit further than just a dip.
Over the course of one month track your swims either solo or as a team to meet your target distance. You can choose to start your challenge at any time that suits you.
(Patches are expected to be in stock from 12th September for delivery after that date)

Fin-Tastic 5k
Trout Tickler 10k
Funky Frogger 15k
Tadpole Trot 20k
The Full Throttle 30k
You can try for the whole distance each or as a team.
- £7 per entry
- 4+ entries - £6 per entry
- 8+ entries - £5 per entry
How it Works
1️⃣ Choose if you are entering solo or as a team.
2️⃣ If entering as a team, choose the team captain who will order the challenge and hold onto the patches until everyone has completed.
3️⃣ The patches will be posted out straight away.
4️⃣ The team leader will receive an email with all the information you need to complete the challenge.
5️⃣ The email will also include links to download the charts that you need to record your progress and certificates that can be filled in on completion.
What's Included?
1️⃣ Each entrant will receive a sew on patch (physical product posted from HQ).
2️⃣ Digital copy of the I Swam The Distance chart that you can print for each participant.
3️⃣ Digital copy of a challenge completion certificate for each distance.
