"Where it all started back in 2014, Sian is like a whirlwind full of energy and ideas, always with fun in mind for every Bluetit out there. Sian is also the feeder at HQ a real mother hen who also has the ability to make people feel they can do anything."

"Ella packs all our orders making sure they reach everyone safely. I don't think people realise that it's just Ella a couple of hours a week. She is a get it done type of person, makes us laugh and is always ready to pitch in. She's also an amazing photographer, videographer and editor and we have always been fortunate to have her donate these skills."

The Bluetits would not exist without the incredible support of Sian,s family. They have been involved and volunteered their time and energy since day one.

From photo shoots, drone filming, lifeguarding, helping at events, making tea, carrying our kit around back to the first days when Alan used to pay for all the badges.
