Printed to Order Items

These will be marked as Print to Order items (leggings, rash vests, swimsuits, shorts, bikinis etc) these are printed on demand by our supplier please allow 20 days – you should be shown an estimated delivery when you order these items.

Once ordered these cannot be cancelled as they go straight to print.

Customs Charges 

Our print to order items are shipped from the EU. If you are based in the UK and you order over £135 of printed to order items there will be a VAT and customs charge to pay on the items when you receive them. This charge is nothing to do with The Bluetits and we are unable to refund this amount. We recommend splitting your order to avoid any such charges.

 

All Other Items

We hold a small stock of items at our premises in Pembrokeshire, our team is part-time and these will be posted 2nd Class so please allow 14 days for delivery.

If the item you have ordered is not in stock we will need to place an order with our supplier which means that you would need to allow up to 28 days.

Third Party Shipping

Some of the items listed on our website are actually sold by our partners - when you order you order directly from them and should direct any enquiries to them.
