You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you to the correct return address.

Made-to-Order Items
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Item must be returned to our return address not the manufacturer.
- Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition.
- If the item is faulty, we’ll cover return postage.

- These must be returned directly to the brand partner.
- Contact us first and we’ll provide the correct details.

Condition of Returns
All items returned for a refund must be unworn, unused and in original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item shows signs of wear or use.
Sending Your Return
We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service.
We can only issue refunds once the item has been received by us (or the relevant partner). We are unable to refund items that are lost in transit.

We sell a mix of made-to-order items, partner products and items we ship ourselves. Shipping works slightly differently depending on the item.
Made-to-Order & Partner Items
These are produced or shipped directly by our trusted partners and will arrive separately to items shipped by us.
Shipping
- Shipping is calculated and added at checkout.
- International orders are sent duties unpaid.
- Your country may charge customs fees or import taxes.
UK customers
- Some made-to-order items are produced in the EU.
- Orders over £135 may incur customs charges on arrival

All Other Items (Shipped by Us)
These are packed and sent by our team, we are a small part time team so please allow 14 days for delivery.
UK shipping
- Free shipping on orders over £10
- £1.95 shipping for UK orders under £10.

International shipping
- Shipping is added at checkout.
