VAT & Customs Charges
We are very excited to finally be able to offer overseas shipping to our International Bluetit Flocks but before you go ahead and order your goodies there's a few things we need you to know.
UK Customers
One of our suppliers is based in Latvia - they supply all of our all over print items. If you purchase all over print goods in excess of £135 you will be charged VAT and Customs duty upon receipt of your goods as they are shipped from the EU. As we offer free shipping we recommend splitting your order to avoid these charges.
EU Customers
You will not be charged VAT (UK Sales Tax) when you purchase your goods - however what this means is that you will be charged VAT at the rate applicable in your country when you receive your goods.
Depending on the rules in your country it is likely that you will also be charged custom duties.
We are as sorry as you are that the customs regulations between our countries have become so complicated.
Non-EU Customers
Sales Tax and Customs duties may be charged when you receive your goods based on the applicable rules for your country.
