A little price breakdown
We are a not for profit organisation which means that 100% of our profits go back into supporting The Bluetits Community.
But have you ever wondered how much of the money you spend on merchandise ends up in the Bluetit funds?
The answer is that after we have paid the supplier for the product, paid the VAT to the tax man, covered the cost of packing, shipping, postage and the card processing fees theres about 20% left.
We love selling merchandise and seeing Bluetits wearing it fills us with joy but because we need to buy in small quantities we don't actually make a lot of money.
That's why we do other things to help support the organisation like holidays, events, applying for grant funding - we even accept donations.
