Can I bring my campervan or book alternative accommodation?
No. We’ve teamed up with Pembrokeshire Caravan Hire for these first adventures, and so your accommodation must be booked with them. They will get in touch with you soon after we confirm your booking.
How many people will be on the adventure?
The adventures are designed with 10-20 guests in mind, so they are more intimate than some of our past events, with plenty of opportunity to have your own space if you so wish!
Can my child take part?
No. Swim Walk Adventures are suitable for over 18s only.
How fit do I need to be?
Only you can assess your fitness, but here’s what to expect! Walks will be on coast path terrain, with a maximum distance of 6.5 miles, at a gentle pace with plenty of time to rest and take in the views. In true Bluetit fashion, no one will ever be left behind or made to speed up. This is about enjoying yourselves! Water-wise, in March the sea temperature can dip as low as 6 degrees, so while we don’t require any particular swimming ability, please bear this in mind!
My partner doesn’t like swimming or walking – can they come along?
Anyone from your household is welcome to come and share your accommodation! It’s a beautiful place to spend a few days, and they’ll have no problem keeping themselves entertained while you’re busy Bluetitting! Please let us know on the booking form, and we can chat you through some options in terms of meals etc.
Can I bring my dog?
No. Not all of the adventures will lend themselves to having a pooch in tow, and no dog wants to be cooped up in a caravan all day! If you have someone accompanying you who is not taking part in the adventure (as above) and they would like to bring a dog, please add a note on your booking form.
Do I need travel insurance, what if I want to cancel?
We are a small organisation, and this is an organised break with costs incurred in preparation. For this reason we have to be strict with our cancellation policy. After you receive a confirmation of your booking and our receipt of payment, if you choose to cancel within 7 days you will receive a full refund. If you want to cancel after this period, you will only receive a refund if we can rebook your place. We advise that you take out travel insurance that covers you for unforeseen circumstances that may lead you to cancel (including Covid-19 related), and for outdoor activities.
Me and 9+ friends want to come but we’re not free on those dates. Can we book a private adventure?
Yes! We can create a bespoke adventure for your group of 10 or more people. Get in touch with us for more information and prices.
